What is Candida?
According to Dr Ben Johnson of Osmosis Skin Care: “Candida is part of a healthy bacterial population in the gut that overgrows and therefore becomes a source of toxin production. There are 56 strains and this means it could result in 56 different versions of disease. Some have multiple overgrown strains. Antibiotics, hormones (including pregnancy) and sugar promote it”.
What Skin Conditions Does Candida Create?
Forehead Acne: Small bumps or cysts caused by candida overgrowth in the gut. This will often be accompanied by acne on cheeks and temples.
Rosacea & Acne Rosacea on Lower/Middle Cheek Bone: Redness and/or acne in this region is from bacterial or candida overgrowth, ulcers, and digestive issues in the small intestines.
Rosacea on Lateral to Nose area: Redness next to the nose is caused by gastritis or H. Pylori overgrowth in the stomach.
Acne on Lower Cheeks/Jawline: Bumps or cysts caused by estrogenic toxins and testosterone imbalance. Commonly affecting the mid-face, neck, chest, and back.
Eczema: Eczema is the result of digestive tract inflammation often caused by candida. Infants/toddlers have it passed on to them by mom, others develop it from diet or antibiotic use.
Psoriasis: Also the result of digestive tract inflammation often caused by candida AND is emotionally driven. Two Harmonized Waters are needed for this condition.

Eat Your Veggies For Glowing Skin
Who Wants Healthy Glowing skin ???
I Do! You Do ! We do !
Eat your Veggies! Why? Because the the pigment in the vegetables you consume will naturally add color and vibrancy to your complexion.
Dr Mercola says it right here:
“Courtesy of their higher water and phytochemical content, vegetables help produce that healthy “glow.”
“A study 3 from St. Andrews University concluded that people who ate three additional daily portions of produce for six weeks were ranked as better looking than those with lower intakes.”
“The cause for this improvement? The carotenoids pigments that give vegetables their red and orange colors also improve the color of your skin, rendering it more rosy and glowing.
Many vegetables are also known for their anti-aging benefits, helping firm your skin and combat wrinkles.”
Food really is important for healthy skin… Our skin reflects the health of our internal state.
Treat your skin kindly by eating a variety of rainbow colored veggies, & drinking clean water. Try adding a sprig of your favorite herb to your water for a refreshing and lovely drinking experience. My favorite is Cucumber Dill Water…. Cheers!
