The Word NEW ~ Do I feel Fear or Excitement

“By converting any fear or ill-feeling I have regarding ‘newness’ to excitement, I am increasing my chances of enjoying what’s to come.
I am embracing the dynamic nature of life.
I am thriving, because I am proactively responding to each moment, instead of reacting from a deep, subconscious emotional space.
Enjoy the moment. Proactively respond to my environment and acknowledge new is the very nature of life. Every moment is new. Every experience is new. Every person I know is new, each time I see them.
Instead of holding onto past misconceptions about a person, friend, or family member, consider re-meeting them the next time I see them. Do the same for myself. Rather than hold onto a past story I’ve told myself about my life, my personality, my strengths or weaknesses, re-consider who I am and what’s possible.
Today’s thought exercise: what if everything I don’t like about myself no longer had to exist? Would I feel more free and capable of reaching any goal I have?
I am literally one decision — and feeling — away from taking my power back and living my best life. All I have to do is reach inside my heart and change my mind. Choose
